I’ve been making this drink almost daily for months now, and I have been loving it!!! It’s extremely healthy + body supportive and gives me SO MUCH SUSTAINED ENERGY FOR HOURS (not like in a high caffeine kinda way). I love this recipe too, because it is a healthier alternative to coffee and for those who are sensitive to coffee. Also, it is dairy and gluten free!

RECIPE
- Cocoa powder, 1/2 Tbs
- Reishi mushroom powder, 1/2 Tbs
- Monkfruit sweetener, 1-2 tsp
- Coconut oil, 1 Tbs
- Milk (almond, coconut and cashew is bomb)
- Water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm water like you would for tea
- Add all ingredients in mug except milk (leave 1/2 of mug for milk at end)
- Froth with frother tool
- Add milk and froth again
- Enjoy!
