Best Morning Drink Ever!

I’ve been making this drink almost daily for months now, and I have been loving it!!! It’s extremely healthy + body supportive and gives me SO MUCH SUSTAINED ENERGY FOR HOURS (not like in a high caffeine kinda way). I love this recipe too, because it is a healthier alternative to coffee and for those who are sensitive to coffee. Also, it is dairy and gluten free!

• blood sugar & blood pressure support


  • Cocoa powder, 1/2 Tbs
  • Reishi mushroom powder, 1/2 Tbs
  • Monkfruit sweetener, 1-2 tsp
  • Coconut oil, 1 Tbs
  • Milk (almond, coconut and cashew is bomb)
  • Water


  1. Warm water like you would for tea
  2. Add all ingredients in mug except milk (leave 1/2 of mug for milk at end)
  3. Froth with frother tool
  4. Add milk and froth again
  5. Enjoy!
