As I was painting my nails this morning, I thought about my skin. It’s been 14 months since I’ve had a breakout. I am still SHOCKED (and also not, because I’ve done SO much freaking work to help heal my skin). I’ve done a lot of emotional work via BodyTalk; internal work with nutrition; and being intentional with the skincare and makeup that I use to support my overall health and healing of my skin. #ad I’ve been using @pureencapsulations Calcium with Vitamin D3 for the last 3 months consistently due to lack of ☀️ exposure and my recent 🦷 issue (got a bone graft, and my body is regenerating bone tissue as I type this 😮). I’m hoping it enhances and supports healthy bone growth, which I don’t doubt. 🙏🏻 What I have felt personally taking this product after a week is my energy and mood is much more balanced. I call it a win just for that! (I can definitely tell when I don’t take it, so yay for absorbing it!) I’ve been in the world of BodyTalk now for 13 years and it still blows my mind how incredible and magical it is. It gets to the source of the “why” and brings awareness to any stressors, belief systems, trauma, etc. that is affecting the body and reestablishes the innate wisdom of the body-mind to heal! Learning more about emotions from my latest BodyTalk class has been really freaking cool. What I loved most was that emotions aren’t bad. They can have a very healthy expression that supports flow in the body and mind. . Here’s your daily reminder…that water is good for you, REALLY good for you!! So drink it! 😉🥤💦☀️ . #ad .
