Cancellation Policy:
- It is my goal to provide you the best care and support needed along your journey to better health. It is understandable that things arise and you need to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unexpected circumstances (illness included). I will try to accommodate based on my availability, however, 48-25 hour cancellation will result in a 50% charge of your session cost and 24 hour or less cancellation will result in a 100% charge. This applies to all appointments and the charge will be due at the time of your cancellation. This is to ensure your own commitment to your health and also to be considerate of my time and commitment to my other clients who are investing in improving their health.

No-show Policy:
- Please be advised that a “no-show” is considered if you do not arrive by 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment. In such cases, the card on file will be charged the full cost of the session (100%).
- This policy applies to all appointments, without exception (illness included).
Card on File Policy:
- Whether you book online or directly with your therapist, a card on file is required to secure your appointment. This card will only be used in the event of a no-show or cancellation to cover the cost of the session.
Appointment Time allotted Policy:
- The allotted time for each service remains the same, despite arrival time, and clients who arrive late will either be asked to reschedule or receive a shortened service. Service prices are not amended for shortened times or last-minute rescheduling.
No refunds policy:

- As a small business offering high-quality, high-end products, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective. We take pride in the quality of our offerings and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase.

No Children Policy:
- I love children, but for their safety and protection, they are not allowed at appointments unless they are the client and under parental supervision. Children are also not permitted to stay unsupervised in the lobby during your appointment. If this policy is not followed, you will be asked to reschedule, and appointment cancellation fees will still apply. To better accommodate your schedule, I offer morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments.
Right to refuse service Policy:
- Any Bring Healthy Back practitioner or therapist reserves the right to refuse service to any client, as deemed necessary.
Client and Therapist Safety Policy:
- Client and therapist safety is our utmost priority, and we do not tolerate any form of misconduct from either party. If any misconduct occurs from a client, they will be asked to leave immediately and will be required to pay in full for their session.
Recording Policy:
- For privacy and comfort, any photography, sound recording, or other forms of recording in the facility—during treatment or otherwise—must be approved by the therapist beforehand.
