Pre and Post-Natal Massage
A pre and post-natal massage session is perfect for expectant and new mothers, offering a range of comfortable positions such as lying face-up (can be propped up), on either side (with pillows if desired), or using a pregnancy pillow form for support when lying face down. During your personalized pre and/or post-natal massage, you’ll enjoy deep relaxation, increased circulation, and targeted pain relief. Additionally, pregnant clients in their later months can opt to spend the first five minutes of their session focusing on alleviating pelvic floor and lower back pain through a Rebozo exercise technique with their therapist.
