Bring Healthy Back offers two varieties of Lymphatic Drainage sessions: Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage from the BodyTalk System.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This is a hands on, very light touch energy modality that activates the lymph nodes to optimize filtration and encourage lymph fluid to flow consistently in the lymphatic vessels to decrease toxins + metabolic wastes throughout the body. This method is conducted unclothed like in massage, and you are fully covered by a sheet.
People should not have a Manual Lymphatic Drainage if they have congestive heart failures, blood clots, kidney problems, infections, or circulation problems. If a person has any medical conditions, they should talk to a doctor before trying any of the lymphatic drainage sessions.

Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage
The method is a highly effective energy detox therapy, which supports and enhances the immune system. It supports all body tissues in relation to the lymphatic system and the lymphatic system itself. It consists of gentle rhythmical movements to lightly activate interstitial fluid on a cellular level, moving it through the tissues and into the lymphatic system, helping it to drain toxins and move throughout the body. This method is conducted without removing your clothing. This can be done directly on the body or off the body in person by request. Also, this is available remotely over facetime or phone and is just as effective as if in person.
