Prenatal Visits
In our prenatal meetings (2), we’ll define your birth preferences, review available options, and prepare you both emotionally and practically. These sessions are designed to ensure you feel informed, supported, and grounded as you get ready for your birth.
Labor and Birth Support
When labor begins, I’ll be by your side—whether you’re at home, a birth center, or in the hospital. I provide steady emotional and physical support throughout, offering comfort measures like massage, pain relief techniques, encouragement, and a calming presence. My role is to help you feel focused, supported, and at peace through every stage of your birth experience.
Pricing
The fee is $1,125. This covers two prenatal visits, and continuous support throughout your birth. I’ll be on-call starting two weeks before and after your due date. This also includes availability for any questions or support you may need during that on-call period. This also includes 50% off one postnatal massage scheduled within six weeks of your birth with Courtney.

Do you only work with moms planning an unmedicated birth?
Not at all! While I love supporting unmedicated births, I support your vision for birth — whatever that looks like. My role is to come alongside you, not to push any one method or approach.
Do you recommend any type of education or resources before birth?
Yes! I believe education is one of the best ways to feel empowered and prepared for your birth. During our prenatal visits, I’ll share personalized, evidence-based resources that align with your goals — whether that’s books, articles, birth classes, or podcasts. I’m happy to meet you wherever you are on your journey and help you sort through the noise so you can feel confident and supported in your decisions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I believe this support should be accessible, so I’m happy to talk through flexible payment options.
Are you available for hospital births?
Yes. I’ve supported families in hospitals, birth centers, and home births. Each setting has its own rhythm, and I adapt to whatever space you choose with the same calm and steady support.
When should I reach out to book you?
Ideally, as soon as you know you’d like a Doula! I limit the number of births I support each quarter to ensure every client receives focused care. Booking early gives us more time to connect and prepare together.
Do you offer postpartum visits and/or services?
I don’t offer extended postpartum support other than post-natal massage, but I’m happy to connect you with experienced and certified postpartum doulas in the area. I work closely with a trusted network and would be glad to share recommendations tailored to your needs.
