Consult and advise with each client by identifying and prioritizing overall health concerns/intentions. I design and provide an intuitive list of food that is enjoyed and implement those foods into the client’s lifestyle to optimize mental, emotional and physical health. If requested by the client, I develop and provide a meal plan with those foods.
I educate and encourage all clients to be an intuitive eater, meaning making food choices without experiencing guilt, shame or cultural dilemma, and honors hunger, respects fullness and enjoys the pleasure of eating from being mindful.
